Yosef Ibrahimi is the lead bank regulatory lawyer for Credit Suisse’s asset management business. He advises the bank on issues relating to the Bank Holding Company Act, the Volcker Rule, resolution and recovery planning, and on legislative and regulatory advocacy. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Ibrahimi was a senior associate at Skadden Arps, where he focused on restructuring and insolvency law. Before joining the firm, he clerked for a Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Mr. Ibrahimi received his law degree from Cornell University and his undergraduate degree from the Macaulay Honors College at the City University of New York. He is a member of the New York and Delaware bars.
