Vivian Maese is Co-chair of Latham & Watkins’ Financial Institutions Industry Group and FinTech Industry Group, and is a member of the Corporate Department.  Ms. Maese was named a Top 10 Innovative Individual in the Financial Times North America Innovative Lawyers 2016 report.  Ms. Maese brings more than 25 years of Wall Street experience to her practice, advising Tier 1 banks, emerging FinTech companies and investors on innovative and complex transactions at the intersection of financial services, technology and regulation (FinTech & RegTech).  Prior to joining Latham, Vivian held Senior Managing Director and General Counsel positions at Morgan Stanley, the New York Stock Exchange, BIDS Trading, Citigroup, and Salomon Brothers Inc., where she began her career as one of the first tech lawyers on Wall Street.
