Todd Logan

Todd is an Associate at Edelson PC, where he has led the litigation of more than a half dozen consumer and new technology related class actions, including cases brought under the federal Stored Communications Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.  Todd has also taken a key role in the negotiation of over a dozen class action settlements that have or are expected to pay out more than $50 million to consumers nationwide.

Todd received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was the Managing Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT). He also served as a research assistant to Professor William B. Rubenstein, and is credited for his work in more than eighty sections of Newberg on Class Actions. Before law school, Todd spent three years building databases for a software company. Beginning in August, Todd will be leaving Edelson to begin a federal clerkship in the Northern District of California.
