Work History: 

Thomas "Monty" Fusco has been a Supervisory Attorney with the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission since 2006.  He first came to OUII as a staff attorney in 1994 and in that capacity served as lead or sole investigative attorney on over thirty Section 337 cases involving a wide range of products and technologies.  Prior to coming to OUII, Mr. Fusco had been detailed by the USITC to the U.S. Trade Representative's Office, and earlier served as the attorney advisor to one of the ITC's administrative law judges.
