Thomas G. Hoffman, Jr. focuses on representing institutional investors in complex securities actions.

Thomas was instrumental in securing a $1 billion recovery in the eight-year  litigation against AIG and related defendants. He also was a key member of the Labaton Sucharow team that recovered $170 million for investors in In re 2008 Fannie Mae Securities Litigation. Currently, Thomas is prosecuting cases against BP and Facebook.

Thomas received a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, and served as a Moot Court Executive Board Member. In addition, he was a judicial extern to the Honorable William J. Rea, United States District Court for the Central District of California. Thomas earned a B.F.A., with honors, from New York University.
