Susanna Saul is a managing attorney at Her Justice, a non-profit legal services organization in New York City serving low-income women. Prior to joining Her Justice, Ms. Saul litigated family and matrimonial cases and represented clients in immigration and public benefits matters as a Staff Attorney at Staten Island Legal Services.  Since 2008, she has represented clients and trained and mentored pro bono attorneys handling immigration cases for survivors of gender-based violence including VAWA Self-Petitions, Petitions for U and T Nonimmigrant Status, and Battered Spouse Waivers. Ms. Saul is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA) and is active in the Diversity and Inclusion Sub-committee of the Lawyer’s Committee Against Domestic Violence. She is admitted to practice in New York State and the Eastern District of New York. She is a graduate of the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law and Mount Holyoke College and is fluent in Spanish and French.
