Steven M. Warshawsky is a solo practitioner in New York City, and an adjunct assistant professor of law at Brooklyn Law School.  His main practice areas are employment law, civil rights law, and civil litigation. 

Mr. Warshawsky is an honors graduate of Princeton University and Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Order of the Coif and served on the Georgetown Law Journal.  Following graduation, Mr. Warshawsky clerked for Judge Paul V. Niemeyer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge Catherine C. Blake of the U.S. District Court for Maryland.  After his clerkships, he was an associate at Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C., and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in New York City, where he focused on employment law counseling and litigation.  Before starting his own firm, Mr. Warshawsky spent four years as an Assistant United States Attorney, Civil Division, for the Eastern District of New York.
