Stefanie H. Jackman is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Consumer Financial Services, Mortgage Banking, and Commercial Litigation Groups. She also is a member of Ballard Spahr's Collection Documentation Task Force.
Ms. Jackman's practice focuses primarily on complex litigation in the area of consumer financial services and financial institutions law. She regularly defends financial institutions in mortgage-related litigation, credit card-related litigation, arbitration, commercial law, and class action defense. She handles litigation issues arising under an array of consumer financial laws, including state UDAP statutes, RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, and SCRA.

Ms. Jackman also has experience advising clients in other complex litigation matters in the areas of securities, employment class and collective actions, product liability, commercial contract matters, trademark disputes, and e-discovery.
