My practice is focused on advising clients with respect to all of their daily labor and employment matters. This includes pro-actively assisting clients in efficient and effective litigation avoidance techniques by, among other things, conducting workplace training on issues such as unlawful harassment/discrimination and wage and hour compliance, handling negotiations concerning employment agreements and separation agreements for clients, and drafting employee handbooks and individual employment policies.

I also spend a signficant portion of my time representing clients in complex employment litigation matters, including claims regarding:

  • wage and hour violations;
  • unlawful discrimination/harassment;
  • breach of contract;
  • employment-related torts; and
  • violation of non-competition/non-solicitation obligations.

My experience in this area ranges from single plaintiff cases to nation-wide class and collective actions.

I also regularly represent clients in arbitration hearings before the American Arbitration Association and in administrative proceedings before the EEOC, DOL and related state agencies.
