Sarah Gabriel represents issuers in capital markets transactions, including public equity offerings, public and private offerings of high yield debt and tender and exchange offers. Ms. Gabriel represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Ms. Gabriel also advises public companies and private equity sponsors regarding Sections 13 and 16 reporting obligations, SEC compliance, Exchange Act periodic reporting and disclosure, stock exchange requirements and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Gabriel was named a "2010 Illinois Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine.
