Rodrigo was born and raised in Santiago, Chile.  He has practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1997.  Rodrigo’s practice is concentrated primarily on civil litigation matters with a focus on products liability, public entity liability, personal injury and premises liability claims.  He has represented clients in class actions and commercial cases involving breach of contract and unfair business practice claims.

Rodrigo received his J.D. from the University of The Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1997.  He received his B.S. from the University of California, San Diego in 1993.

Representative Experience

  • Represents local public entities and their employees in litigation and pre-litigation matters throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Serves as counsel in numerous personal injury and wrongful death actions arising out of claimed exposure to herbicides, pesticides, solvents, and numerous other chemical products.
  • Serves as counsel to manufacturing client in several complex product actions involving allegedly defective building materials.
