Profile

Ms. Reasoner is Intellectual Property Counsel at Quantcast Corporation in San Francisco. Prior to her position at Quantcast, Ms. Reasoner was an Adjunct Professor teaching patent prosecution at UC Hastings College of the Law and an associate in the San Francisco Office of Fenwick & West LLP. At Fenwick, Ms. Reasoner’s practice included strategic patent counseling in a number of technical fields, including optics, computer software, and business methods. In addition to securing patent protection for her clients, she attacked issued patents on behalf of clients in litigation proceedings in U.S. Federal Courts and in inter partes reexamination proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

 

Education

Ms. Reasoner earned her law degree (J.D.), with distinction, from Stanford Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in both physics and economics, from Grinnell College.

 

Admitted to Practice

Ms. Reasoner is a member of the State Bar of California and registered to practice before in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.
