Dr. Scarr focuses her practice on both domestic and foreign patent prosecution and client counseling, including portofolio management and strategy, opinions, and due diligence.  Dr. Scarr also provides scientific assistance in patent litigation.  Dr. Scarr’s experience spans a broad range of biotechnology, including molecular diagnostics; therapeutic molecules, including antibodies and other biologics, nucleic acids, and small molecules; research tools, including assay systems and products; enzymes; genes; and transgenic animals.

Dr. Scarr’s clients include pre-IPO and publicly traded companies and universities.
