Randy Stuzin is Managing Director and General Counsel of King Street Capital Management, L.P., where he is responsible for the firm’s 20 –person global legal and compliance department and for the firm’s policy analysis function. Prior to joining King Street in March, 2014, Randy spent 14 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he served as Managing Director and General Counsel of the Investment Banking Division as well as Global Head of Business Selection and Conflicts Clearance for the Equities and FICC Divisions. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Legal Department at Lehman Brothers and a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore. Randy graduated from Cornell University and NYU School of Law.
