Jason leads UnitedLex’s Cyber Risk Solutions business. The Cyber Risk team delivers a wide range of services aimed at helping organizations understand, address and manage enterprise risk arising from information security issues and vulnerabilities. The services range from reactive incident response and forensic investigative support services to risk assessments and strategic advisory services to an advanced managed threat detection and response service. 

Jason has close to 15 years of experience leading and supporting a wide variety of cyber security consulting and incident response engagements in virtually every major market sector including pharmaceutical/life sciences, financial services, retail, manufacturing, professional services and many others. 

As an expert in his field, Jason is frequently invited to speak or write on topics relating to computer forensics, data breach response, managed detection and response, privacy law and other related issues.
In addition to his role as head of the UnitedLex Cyber Risk Solutions group, Jason also serves as Chief Privacy Officer for UnitedLex. In that role, Jason is responsible for managing the company’s privacy program and addressing client needs around data privacy.

Prior to joining UnitedLex, Jason spent over 10 years at Kroll, the global investigations firm, in a variety of roles, including head of its computer forensics and cybersecurity practice. Jason began his career as an associate in the New York office of Fried Frank, Harris Shriver and Jacobsen. Jason is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
