Patrick Brady is a Managing Director in the PwC Advisory Forensic Services Practice focusing on assisting public and private companies in the context of independent investigations in response to actual or potential regulatory or criminal investigations. Mr. Brady has conducted investigations of a wide variety of financial and corruption related issues including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Officer and Director misconduct, Financial Statement Fraud, Money Laundering, Mail and Wire Fraud, Securities Fraud, Asset Misappropriation and Tax Offenses. More recently, Mr. Brady has investigated numerous global corruption issues on behalf of U.S. companies in Europe, Asia, Africa, China and Central America.

Prior to his work in the private sector, Mr. Brady served as a Trial Attorney in the Financial Crimes Section of the United States Department of Justice and as an Assistant United States Attorney specializing in financial and corruption prosecutions. He also served as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Financial Crimes Section of the Special Prosecutions Bureau of the Cook County State's Attorneys Office.
