OFCCP: Key Developments Affecting Contractors and Counsel [01:02:25]

Under the new administration, government contractors and their counsel hoped for significant changes in audits and enforcement by OFCCP. Now with new leadership finally in place at OFCCP and in the Solicitor’s office, we are getting a sense of their priorities and possible changes.

Erin M. Connell and Gary R. Siniscalco from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP will be joined by Robert O’Hara from the Center for Workplace Compliance as they cover key developments affecting contractors and counsel, including:

  • Effect of recent ALJ rulings on OFCCP audits
  • OFCCP’s new directive requiring greater transparency and use of pre-determination notices
  • Status of 503/VEVRAA regulations and goals
  • Apprenticeship programs and how they might impact OFCCP oversight for contractors
