Natalie is Vice President, Senior Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs at Spotify.  Natalie leads the legal licensing team in the Americas.  In this role, she is responsible for worldwide content and distribution deals, including deals with labels, publishers, collection societies and distribution partners.  

Prior to joining Spotify, she was Head of Digital Business Affairs at Condé Nast Entertainment.  Condé Nast Entertainment, a division of Condé Nast, develops and distributes premium digital video on behalf of Condé Nast’s portfolio of iconic brands.  Natalie led Condé Nast Entertainment’s Digital Business Affairs’ team, and was responsible for structuring, negotiating and drafting syndicated content distribution agreements, third party digital video content licenses, technology, and talent and production agreements.

Prior to Condé Nast Entertainment, Natalie was a Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs in the Global Digital Business group at Sony Music Entertainment.  She was a senior negotiator for Sony Music Entertainment's worldwide digital music licensing activities and negotiated and drafted licensing and distribution deals for online and mobile delivery platforms, incorporating consumer-pay, subscription, hardware-content bundling and ad-supported business models.

Natalie began her career in private practice, working at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and later at Frankfurt, Kurnit, Klein & Selz, specializing in intellectual property.  Natalie has a JD from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania.
