Responsible for primary legal oversight and support of the Verizon Corporate Information Technology Organization and the Chief Administrative Office, including Sourcing, Real Estate and Fleet Management.  Ms. Ifill’s team also has primary responsibility for a variety of intellectual property areas, including strategy, copyright, trademark and patent licensing.

Represented all legal and regulatory interests for Verizon’s $18 billion Global Enterprise business unit.  Member of executive team responsible for strategy and implementation.

Provided strategic direction and counsel during MCI’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy and during the MCI-Verizon Merger.
