Mr. Schussler holds a BA in Political Science from McGill University and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Mr. Schussler joined the Bank in March 1995 as a Senior Attorney in the Legal Department, after 15 years with the New York State Banking Department as an Assistant Counsel.

In September 1995, he was appointed an officer of the Bank with the title of Counsel and assigned to the Legal Department.

Mr. Schussler was promoted to the Assistant Vice President level in June 1997.

In January 2005, he was promoted to Vice President and Counsel.
