Michael G. Dickler is a litigator who represents plaintiffs and defendants in their most important business disputes. Mr. Dickler and Sperling & Slater combine an aggressive and intelligent litigation approach with a nuanced understanding of business realities. Mr. Dickler has significant experience representing individuals in a wide range of complex civil and commercial disputes before trial and appellate courts and in domestic and international arbitration.

In 2010, 2011 and 2012, Mr. Dickler was named an Illinois "Rising Star" by his peers in SuperLawyers® Magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of Illinois lawyers who are under 40 or in practice for 10 years or less.

Mr. Dickler received his law degree in 1999 from the University of Michigan Law School, where he and a teammate were champions of the Campbell Moot Court Competition. Mr. Dickler received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 1996, where he was a member of the debate team and placed third at the 1996 National Debate Tournament.

Prior to working at Sperling & Slater, Mr. Dickler spent two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Wayne R. Andersen, United Stated District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois, and three years as a litigation associate at Jenner & Block.
