Kalina Tulley is a trial attorney in the Chicago Field Office of the Antitrust

Division of the United States Department of Justice, and has been in this position for the past eleven years. She represents the United States in investigations and prosecutions of corporations and individuals for criminal antitrust violations, including price-fixing, bid rigging, market and customer allocation, and related offenses. Prior to joining the Antitrust Division, Ms Tulley was an Assistant State's Attorney for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office where she served as a supervisor in the Criminal Appeals Division and a felony trial attorney.  Prior to joining the State's Attorney's Office, Ms. Tulley clerked for the Honorable Justice William Cousins, Jr. of the Illinois Appellate Court.
Ms. Tulley has previously served as the Chair of both the Chicago Bar Association Antitrust Committee and the Illinois State Bar Association Antitrust and the Unfair Competition Section Council. She is currently serving as a Vice Chair of the Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee of the ABA Antitrust Law Section.

 Ms. Tulley earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1992, and her B.S., with high honors, from the University of Illinois in 1989.
