Mark Kaminski is an Assistant Unit Supervisor in the Special Litigation Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General's Office. He has litigated in a wide variety of forums, ranging  from multi-state arbitration to civil and administrative trials to appeals. His practice involves prosecuting various statutory violations, including under the Consumer Fraud Act, the False Claims Act, the Solicitation for Charity Act, and the Ethics Act, as well as litigating public utility issues, environmental permitting and representing state agencies in vendor litigation. He received his J.D. and Energy and Environmental Law Certificate from Chicago-Kent College of Law
