Lisa Fuller is a Special Counsel in the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate).  Ms. Fuller joined Corporate in 2000, serving as an Assistant Branch Chief from 2001 to 2005, as a Senior Counsel from 2005 to 2010, and as a Branch Chief from 2010 to 2016, when she became a Special Counsel.  Prior to joining the IRS, Ms. Fuller was an Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson, in Washington D.C., and prior to that, she was an Associate at Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan in Washington, D.C.  Ms. Fuller’s practice areas include domestic corporate reorganizations, incorporations, and liquidations; corporate distributions and redemptions; and taxable acquisitions and dispositions.
