Justin Rawlins is a corporate partner in Winston & Strawn’s Los Angeles office. Justin principally represents funds, lending institutions, companies, and committees in providing a broad spectrum of services, including counseling on corporate governance matters, fund formation, acquisitions, divestitures, debt offerings and refinancings, and recapitalizations, with an emphasis on distressed and special situations.

Mr. Rawlins received a B.A. in English and Economics from the University of Southern California in 1997 and a J.D., cum laude, from Loyola Law School in 2000, where he graduated in the top 5 percent of his class, was elected to the National Jesuit Honor Society, Alpha Sigma Nu, and was made a member of Order of the Coif.

Mr. Rawlins currently serves on the following advisory boards:

  • Notre Dame High School, a college preparatory school in Los Angeles, Board of Directors/Executive Committee

Mr. Rawlins also served as Co-Chair of the Legislative Section of the Insolvency Law Committee of the State Bar of California, served on Loyola Law School’s Alumni Association Board of Governors, and was a member of La Raza de Loyola.
