Jason Masimore is an experienced trial attorney and investigator who focuses his practice on cross-border white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement actions, and internal investigations.

Based in London, Mr. Masimore advises executives and corporations based in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in responding to U.S. government investigations involving allegations of anti-corruption/bribery; securities, tax and accounting fraud; market manipulation; and violations of U.S. sanctions, among other violations.

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Masimore was an AUSA in the Public Corruption Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. During his tenure, he prosecuted a wide range of matters including those involving public corruption, securities fraud, bank fraud, and wire fraud.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Masimore was a member of the White Collar and Regulatory Defense group at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.
