Jasmine M. Campirides Hanif focuses her practice on all areas of trusts and estates law, including personal and tax-driven estate planning, probate and complex estate and trust administration.  Her practice has included the management of large family relationships, successfully balancing multigenerational family dynamics with tax and succession planning.  Her clients include high net-worth individuals, families, and corporate and individual fiduciaries.

Ms. Hanif also represents a variety of charitable organizations, advising founders and managers regarding formation, administration, compliance, and dissolution with a particular focus on private foundation issues.  She also serves on the boards of several private and public charitable organizations.

Ms. Hanif frequently writes and speaks on issues related to trusts and estates law, tax and estate planning, and charitable organizations.  She is a member of the Non-profit Organizations Committee and former assistant secretary for the Trusts, Estates & Surrogate’s Court Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  She also previously served as vice chair of the Charitable Planning Committee within the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Hanif received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and her B.A. summa cum laude from Queens College, The City University of New York.
