Philip C. Segal is a member of Segal & Greenberg LLP, an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, and a former New York State Family Court Judge, who sat in New York City from April 1991 until April 2001.  Before becoming a judge, Mr. Segal was the director of the Building Service 32B-J Legal Services Fund, a prepaid legal service program for the largest local union in the nation.  Prior to that, he held several other positions, including Assistant Director of DC37 Municipal Employees Legal Services Plan and Director of Litigation for Bronx Legal Services. Over the years, Mr. Segal has lectured frequently on domestic relations law, trial and appellate practice, evidence, and negotiation theory and consulted on statutory reform of child abuse, neglect and termination of parental rights laws.
