Kevin F. Casey is an Administrative Law Judge at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH).  Prior to joining OATH in 2004, he was a supervisor in the Criminal Appeals Bureau of the Legal Aid Society in New York.  Kevin previously worked as a CPA for a public accounting firm and as a forensic accountant for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. He is an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches Appellate Advocacy.
