Heidi Mayon is a partner in the law firm's Corporate & Securities practice and is located in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. She focuses on the representation of emerging growth and well-established corporate clients.

Heidi has represented both corporations and underwriters in over 50 public offerings of equity and debt. She also represents a variety of clients in ongoing general corporate governance matters and company reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
In addition to her work related to capital markets transactions, Heidi represents clients in a wide variety of business combinations and divestitures, including mergers, acquisitions, tender offers and spin-offs.

Mrs. Mayon’s emerging company practice focuses on venture capital financings as well as pre-incorporation counseling and general corporate representation.
