Gina has been with Deloitte & Touche LLP for 13 years and is currently a Director in Audit & Assurance Services in Deloitte’s National Office in Stamford, Connecticut. Previous to joining Deloitte, she was an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP for seven years. Throughout her career, Gina has served numerous external audit engagements for public and private companies as well as internal audit projects and special projects. She led the implementation of Deloitte’s audit requirements and guidance in response to the fair value accounting standard and the group audit standard. In her current role, she consults with engagement teams across the United States on matters related to group audit considerations, use of specialists, and related parties. Gina is responsible for activities around specialist participation on audits and implementation of the PCAOB’s new related parties standard, Auditing Standard No. 18, among other matters.  Gina also collaborates with Deloitte’s auditing standards group to respond to proposed standards and staff consultation papers issued by the PCAOB. Gina received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University. She is a member of the AICPA and is a licensed CPA in the states of Illinois and Pennsylvania.
