Gerald Uram is the founding partner of Davis & Gilbert’s Real Estate department and was the chair of the group for almost 40 years. He concentrates on commercial leasing and serves as counsel to many building owners. Gerald has handled headquarters leases for a number of major companies, including MasterCard International, Commerzbank, Saatchi & Saatchi, MONY, Meredith Corporation, the Associated Press, Boston Consulting Group and the NFL, among others.  He also represents a number of New York City landlords, including TF Cornerstone Inc., Oxford Properties Group, Westbrook Partners, Savanna Fund, American Realty Advisors and Kato International.
