In today’s digital economy marketers employ coupons, loyalty programs, and other offers to collect increasing amounts of data from consumers, and the use of digital incentives is now more the norm than the exception. While using these incentives implicates new areas of law, traditional concerns remain as well.  In the realm of coupons, rebates, daily deals, loyalty programs, and free offers, learn about:
