David A. Kelly

David A. Kelly serves as Deputy Assistant General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C. In this position, Mr. Kelly assists the Acting General Counsel in managing the 32 Regional Offices of the NLRB and provides programmatic support for the national enforcement and administration of the National Labor Relations Act.

Mr. Kelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from Washington & Lee University in 1985, and a law degree from the University of Georgia in 1989. After serving as a law clerk for United States  District Court Judge Eugene A. Gordon in Greensboro, North Carolina, Mr. Kelly joined the law firm of  Lewis and Roca, LLP in Phoenix, Arizona, where he specialized in labor and employment law.  In 2000, Mr. Kelly joined the NLRB's Phoenix Regional Office. During his tenure there, he served as a staff attorney, Supervisory Attorney, and Deputy Regional Attorney.
