Daniel Garnaas-Holmes is an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he has practiced for five years. After working in the Trial Division, ADA Garnaas-Holmes transferred to the Cybercrime and Identity Theft Bureau (CITB), where he is currently assigned. CITB handles the investigation and prosecution of complex white-collar crimes including money laundering, check and credit card fraud, cyber-stalking and bullying, computer hacking, theft of intellectual property, and threats to financial institutions and their account holders. Prior to joining the District Attorney’s Office, he clerked for Justice James Duggan on the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
