Catherine currently serves as lead in-house labor and employment counsel for Molex, LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.  She has been with the Koch companies since 2005.  In addition to supporting the highly diverse range of Koch and Molex affiliates in the full spectrum of HR-related legal and compliance challenges faced by large multi-national employers, Catherine is also responsible for the data privacy practice area. 

Prior to joining Koch, Catherine was an associate and later counsel with the international law firm Salans (now Dentons) in New York, New York.  During her time in New York, she served as a Commissioner on the City of New York Equal Employment Practices Commission.  She began her career in the labor & employment group of Phelps Dunbar LLP in Jackson, MS, following a clerkship with the Honorable Tom S. Lee of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. 

Catherine holds a BA in English from Millsaps College, an MA in English from Vanderbilt University, and a JD from the Mississippi College School of Law.  She lives in Glen Ellyn, IL with her husband and two children.
