Mr. Reiter has practiced in the field of Labor & Employment Law for over 40 years and was a labor and employment attorney for Kraft Foods from 1985 to 2013, having served as Chief Counsel - Labor & Employment from 1992. Mr. Reiter's practice focuses on advising and representing management in employment-related and labor relations matters. A key part of his in-house experience was the ability to partner with Human Resources and other management to provide practical advice to achieve business objectives while eliminating or minimizing legal risk.

Experience:

Mr. Reiter's extensive experience includes advising on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, discipline and discharge, reorganizations and reductions-in-force, corporate policies, and wage and hour matters under various federal laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), The Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), Title VII of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act ("USERRA") and the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and their various state counterparts. Mr. Reiter's traditional labor experience includes defense of unfair labor practice charges and the handling of numerous labor arbitrations.
