Burch is currently Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Kateeva, Inc., a supplier of OLED inkjet manufacturing equipment. Since graduating from the University of Michigan Law School in 1996, Burch’s practice has focused primarily on the licensing of patents and technology, the prosecution of patents and the management of patent portfolios, and the litigation of intellectual property disputes in both law firm and in-house settings.
