As Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Kateeva, Burch A. Harper leads the company’s intellectual property and transaction teams. During his career, Burch has negotiated to closure multiple patent license agreements that are valued at over one-half of a billion dollars.  These include patent license agreements with Micron, Hynix, Nanya, IBM, STMicroelectronics, LSI, Freescale, Qualcomm, Fujitsu Semiconductor, Renesas, and Toshiba.   Since graduating from the University of Michigan Law School in 1996, Burch’s legal practice has focused primarily on patent and technology licensing transactions and intellectual property protection and enforcement in both law firm and in-house settings.
