Benjamin M. Willis is a Senior Technician Reviewer with the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate) at the IRS. Before joining the IRS, Ben worked as a corporate tax specialist in PwC's National M&A group in Washington, D.C. and authored Willis Weighs In, a regular column covering controversial cross-border corporate tax issues for Tax Notes. Ben has a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Rhode Island, a law degree from New England School of Law, and a masters in taxation from Boston University's LL.M. program.
