Aric H. Wu is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where his primary areas of practice are securities litigation, auditor liability matters, and intellectual property litigation. As part of his securities litigation practice, Mr. Wu has represented issuers, directors and officers, underwriters, and accounting firms in private civil litigation, including class actions, derivative actions, and corporate control contests, and in regulatory matters, including investigations by the SEC, Department of Justice, and other governmental agencies. Mr. Wu received his Juris Doctor with distinction as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in political economy, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.
