This portion of the training provides basics on writs and appeals in the limited civil context, with a step by step guide for challenging a UD court’s decision.  Issues to be covered include creating a record of the trial court proceedings in the absence of a court reporter, assembling the documentary record, requesting a stay on appeal and UD appellate briefing.
