Anthony L Moffa

Anthony L. Moffa is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he concentrated his studies on the growing field at the intersection of the environment and economics. He is a Juris Doctor candidate at Yale Law School. His academic interests include environmental risk management, toxic torts, nuisance and waste law, environmental regulation, economic analysis of law, and access to justice for underrepresented populations (including wildlife). In addition to his independent scholarly work, he has contributed to a World Bank study concerning the mitigation of natural disasters in the Third World and authored white papers on accounting principles and policies for GHG emissions trading. Upon receipt of his J.D. degree, Mr. Moffa intends to pursue a career in legal academics. Mr.Moffa currently resides in Connecticut with his fiancée Rebecca Inver.
