Annette Levinson Kasle is a former staff attorney at the Institute on Law and Rights of Older Adults. She teaches health care decision making and medical ethics issues and has lectured extensively on Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental medical insurance, and consumer issues related to HMOs. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Wayne State University Law School and previously served as an assistant regional attorney for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
