Adam Noah is a Vice President and the Assistant General Counsel Intellectual Property at GlobalFoundries, the world's second largest semiconductor foundry. He is responsible for all aspects of the company's IP Law operations and strategy, including patent portfolio development, strategic IP transactions, patent value generation and patent disputes. 

Adam received a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1990, and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1998. Between college and law school, Adam worked for five years as a Refinery Process Engineer for Exxon Research & Engineering Company.  Prior to joining Globalfoundries in 2011, Adam spent 3 years at the IP boutique Fish & Neave followed by 10 years as an Associate and Counsel at Sherman & Sterling LLP, practicing all aspects of intellectual property law with a focus patent litigation.  

Adam is a member of the California and U.S. Patent Office bars.
