Overview

The role of the GC has become increasingly important and complicated. To help you better understand the role and what makes a GC successful, join our expert faculty as they discuss some of the key challenges and opportunities arising in this unique leadership position.

Participants will leave this program with a greater understanding of: 

  • What does a GC actually do (15 minutes)
  • Best practices for effective relationship management and communication with the C-suite and board of directors (10 minutes)
  • How to successfully build relationships with key internal stakeholders across the organization (10 minutes)
  • When and how to interact with outside counsel, regulators and other key external stakeholders (15 minutes)
  • Time management and prioritization tips (10 minutes)
