This program will explore the legal and practical challenges of representing survivors of domestic violence and other trauma in the context of a pandemic or disaster and best practices for working remotely. Experienced practitioners in the law and in social or counseling services will share their practical strategies for addressing common challenges across disciplines.  Their insights will be useful to legal practitioners and service providers in a variety of practice areas.
