This program provides detail on the statutory framework of the FCPA and lays out basic considerations for assessing violations of the FCPA. Participants will learn of the broad construction of many elements of the FCPA. With these considerations as a backdrop, the program will provide high-level insight into common fact patterns and red flags that arise in FCPA matters.
