Biography

Christine Ruppert is Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel, Employment & Benefits, at Resideo Technologies, Inc. (www.resideo.com), a leading global manufacturer and developer of technology-driven products and components that provide critical comfort, energy management, water management and safety and security solutions to over 150 million homes globally. Resideo is also a leading wholesale distributor of low-voltage security and life safety products for commercial and residential markets, and serves a variety of adjacent product categories, including audio visual, networking, wire and cable, and smart home solutions. Ms. Ruppert leads Resideo's integrity & compliance function, as well as its global labor, employment and benefits law function.  

Prior to joining Resideo, Ms. Ruppert served as Chief Employment Counsel for Honeywell International, Inc.'s Home and Building Technologies division, where she provided global labor and employment law support for a strategic business group with ~45,000 employees. She also provided legal support for Honeywell-wide human resources initiatives in Latin America. Prior to Honeywell, Ms. Ruppert served as Vice President & Senior Counsel at Marriott International, Inc., where she handled all types of U.S. labor & employment law matters. Prior to Marriott, she practiced labor & employment law at O’Melveny & Myers in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, California, and was a founding member of O’Melveny’s D.C. labor group. She began her legal career with a clerkship in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.  

Ms. Ruppert earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Williams College, and her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as Associate and Contributing editor on the Michigan Law Review.
