Overview

The last few years brought a number of big legislative and regulatory developments concerning health benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. The new Administration opens up the likelihood of some changes in direction regarding some of the most important regulatory issues and the possibility of progress and further developments in some areas for which legislation is the key.
