Share Buybacks and 10b-18

Share buybacks continue to attract media and regulatory attention.  During this session, faculty will discuss the regulatory framework relating to company share buybacks, including the Rule 10b-18 safe harbor. The discussion will also include the different ways in which companies may choose to structure share repurchases, and the advantages and disadvantages associated with each.
